How To Know If You’re A Pitta Body Type

Pitta individuals typically have toned, athletic bodies, are of medium height and medium build, and tend to gain weight evenly. Pitta type skin is often yellowish or reddish, sensitive, and may be prone to freckles, rash and sunburn. They are susceptible to premature greying of the hair and baldness.

Psychologically Pitta dominant people are intellectual, competitive, courageous and success oriented. They might get angry quickly and can be really aggressive at times. Pitta people generally have high energy levels. They have alert, brilliant minds with excellent memories. They are also very responsible with decisions and organization.

When it comes to appetite, Pitta people will have strong hunger and often crave hot and spicy food. They generally have good digestive power and elimination of waste is smooth. Pitta sleep patterns are generally 6 to 8 hours at night. Pitta types are prone to disturbing dreams.
