  1. I was diagnosed with Meniere’s disease and suffered from Vertigo for years. It was unpredictable and debilitating. Then I found a guy named Ted in Bangkok and he had a protocol based on the theory that Menire’s is viral (shingles in the ear) – I did what he said and improved significantly. I can’t remember the last time I had vertigo or felt like I was on the verge – it used to be constant for me. There are many causes of vertigo, but for those who have reached a point of hopelessness, like I was experiencing, explore viral causes – it worked for me.

    • Ayurveda prohibits the intake of Milk and Melons together. Yoghurt and berries goes along well but should not be consumed at night. The high fiber content of the berries (almost four grams per cup) bolsters the healthy probiotic bacteria found in freshly made yogurt which, when homemade, is Pitta pacifying, helping it survive the perilous journey through the digestive tract. Once in the gut, the probiotics help the body absorb the soluble fiber of the berries.
